Is Hazri really free?
Yes. The core app — attendance, staff management, monthly reports, PDF export — is free. There's no trial and no credit card required.
Do I need the internet to mark attendance?
No. Hazri is offline-first. You can mark attendance all day without a signal; your data syncs automatically the next time you're online.
Can I use Hazri in Hindi?
Yes. The app is fully available in both English and हिन्दी. You can switch any time from the More tab.
How does the overtime tracking work?
Set an hourly OT rate for each staff member once. When you mark attendance, tap the OT button and enter hours — the monthly report calculates OT pay automatically.
Can I track advances paid to staff?
Yes. Record any advance or loan you've given to a staff member and Hazri adjusts it in the monthly payout automatically — no paper IOUs, no manual subtractions.
I run more than one shop. Can I manage both in Hazri?
Yes. Create multiple businesses from a single account — each with its own staff, attendance, and reports. Switch between them from the More tab in a tap.
Can I export or share a payslip?
Yes. Every monthly report exports as a clean PDF you can share over WhatsApp, email, or print directly.
Is my staff data private?
Yes. Data is stored securely on Google Firebase and is only accessible from your signed-in account. We don't sell data or show ads. You can permanently delete everything any time from the Delete Account page.
