By downloading, installing, or using the Hazri mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Hazri is a mobile application designed for small businesses in India to:
- Track daily staff attendance (present, absent, half-day)
- Record overtime hours
- Manage staff details including wages, roles, and weekly offs
- Generate monthly attendance and payroll summary reports
- Export and share reports as PDF
3. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid Google account to use Hazri. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Hazri, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful business purposes
- Ensure you have consent from staff members before recording their personal information (name, phone number)
- Comply with applicable Indian labour laws and regulations regarding attendance, wages, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate records and not use the App for fraudulent purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
5. Data Ownership
You own all business data, staff records, and attendance data you enter into Hazri. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the App's functionality.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Hazri to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security
- Use the App on behalf of someone else without their authorization
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App beyond your own account
7. Availability and Offline Use
Hazri supports offline functionality. Data entered while offline will sync to the cloud when an internet connection is available. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. Intellectual Property
The Hazri App, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hazri. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hazri is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Payroll calculations are accurate for your specific tax or compliance requirements
- The App meets all legal requirements for record-keeping in your jurisdiction
Hazri is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying all payroll and compliance calculations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Hazri and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App or by submitting a request on our account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Hazri shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
